Dynamic Fire is an FDNY Certified Fire Alarm and Smoke Detector Maintenance Company. Our services are designed to meet NFPA, State and City regulations requiring all Fire Detection Systems to be tested and inspected each year.
Dynamic Fire will meet and or exceed these requirements by providing:
- FDNY certified Technicians to evaluate and verify that your Fire Alarm System is compliant with NFPA requirements
- Semi-Annual Test and Inspections to clean and calibrate all system components in accordance with NFPA, New York State, City or AHJ regulations
- Full documentation of all services performed inclusive of Annual System Audit and Report as per NFPA standards
- Life Safety System Log Book confirming the date, time and services performed
While every project is unique, each share a common "sense of urgency" during the final stage of installation.
As a result, our Local 3, Certified Technicians are scheduled and on-site to supervise and pre-test each and every system to insure a complete and operable system worthy of a FDNY inspection and subsequent approval.
